AI stalls in the risk review. Our work starts there.

We turn an AI business case into a design your risk team can review. The data, permissions, system boundaries, risks, evaluation, and decision owners are defined before the request goes in.

The path from experiment to production runs through the risk team.

  1. Late 2022 to 2023

    Watch and test

Generative AI entered the business through individual use, controlled experiments, and early pilots. Companies were still learning what it could do and where it could go wrong.

  2. 2024

    Experiments everywhere

Every team found something to try. Model vendors, pilots, and point tools multiplied, and each one raised new questions about company and customer data.

  3. 2025

    Connect it to the business

The work became more valuable when AI could reach customer calls, CRM records, support tickets, contracts, and internal documents. Each connection expanded what reviewers needed to understand.

  4. 2026

    The connection queue

Risk teams now field a steady stream of requests to connect AI to something. Most arrive with a business case but without a reviewable design, leaving the reviewer to reconstruct what is actually being proposed.

We prepare the request with you before it reaches formal review. Your risk team examines a design instead of reconstructing one.

Governance begins before the model sees your data.

Most AI projects send raw data straight to a model, or stitch together a different set of tools each time. Every Solid engagement starts the same way, with your language data filtered and permissioned in a controlled environment before any model can reach it.

  6. 06

The model searches only records that passed every check

    records: 3

Drafts, answers, and changes to other systems

    draft: renewal brief

A model shows up at stage six. Everything before that is deterministic code. Nothing at stage seven changes a system until its owner approves it.

Every engagement follows these stages. The record and its values are illustrative.

What you bring to your risk team.

Before formal review, we work with your business, technical, and risk teams on a written design for one use case. It covers the data the work uses, who can see it, what the system can touch, and how its outputs are tested. With those answers settled, the work moves into build without reopening the same questions at every stage.
